Refund Policy

At PurePerfect LLC, we are committed to providing efficient and professional services. Due to the nature of our business, the following refund policy applies:


1. Service Fees (Non-Refundable)

All service fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered, including but not limited to:

  • DMV Registration Services
  • Live Scan Fingerprinting
  • Notary Public Services
  • Business Services

Once a transaction has been processed or submitted to a government agency, no refunds will be issued.


2. Government Fees

Fees paid to government agencies (such as the DMV or DOJ) are non-refundable and are subject to the policies of the respective agency.

PurePerfect LLC is not responsible for decisions made by these agencies.


3. No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not guarantee:

  • Approval of DMV transactions
  • Results of Live Scan background checks
  • Acceptance of documents

Refunds will not be issued based on outcomes determined by third parties.


4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Bringing required documents

Errors or delays caused by incorrect or missing information are not eligible for refunds.


5. Appointment Fees

Missed or late appointments may be subject to rescheduling. Fees may still apply depending on the service booked.


6. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Billing error caused by PurePerfect LLC

All refund requests must be submitted within 3 business days of the transaction.
