Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Process
- Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team at info@pureperfect.live with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
- Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
- Packaging: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your item, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
