Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Process

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Packaging: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your item, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Exclusions

The items in following conditions are not eligible for a return:

      • a) Items used or damaged after purchase.
        b) Items not in original package.
